I am a big fan of shimano pro stealth saddle, and the shape of this saddle actually suits me fine, and I have to say it looks really nice on my bike. But the padding is really firm and it has sharp edges around pressure relief channel, which is less than ideal for rough roads. If the shape of this saddle works for you, maybe try the 3d printed version, it is substantially softer

The Vento Argo R3 Saddle from Fizik uses hollow K:ium alloy rails that keep weight low but strength high. With a short nose and low-profile, springy foam this saddle is aimed at racing cyclists, enabling you to get into an aerodynamic and powerful position without compromising comfort. The cutout feature was developed with input from medical experts and detailed pressure analysis so that soft tissue areas are protected and the risk of numbness minimised. Over the past 5 years or so I've been looking for a saddle that doesn't leave me in pain after 30 minutes of riding. I think I've finally found the one. I'm light, have narrow sit bones and run a (very) extreme riding position. I've tried Fabric, Selle Italia and a few other Fizik saddles. I like the shape of my Fabric Scoop but wanted a cut out. I'd never thought of short nosed saddles as an option, but the Vento Argo has felt good so far on 1:30 long Zwift rides. It's Fizik, so as far as build quality is concerned it's second to none. I expect it to outlast me. My previous saddle was an R1 Arione gifted to me by a friend, it's covered over 20,000 miles, been crashed 3 times and is still going strong.
