As the name suggests, the Gore Wear GORE-TEX PACLITE Jacket has a compact design, making it ideal for packing in a pocket ready for sudden showers or a cold, windy descent. It's light and breathable and with adjustable cuffs and hem, a high collar and dropped tail, you get excellent coverage and protection. There are a couple of zipped pockets for small essentials and reflective details bring enhanced visibility in low light.

1) Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
2) Waist: Measure around the narrowest part (below the bottom rib an above the hip bones), keeping the tape horizontal.
3) Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
4) Arm Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.
5) Inside Leg: Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.
This is a great high visibility, highly breathable cycling jacket that I use for commuting. I have many Gore garments and they are always high quality and long lasting. I am 180cm tall, 76kg and bought a size large. I would recommend the product.
I bought this jacket for mountain biking. Originally, I was using a running jacket that had a hood but the this was quite baggy and the hood kept flapping about which was really annoying. I decided to buy the Paclite jacket as I had read and heard positive reviews. The Paclite jacket is simply brilliant. It is fitted (but not tight) so there is no flapping or excess material and it doesn't have a hood which is what I wanted so no hood flapping around either. I wore it last weekend in Afan Forest, Neath during a full days rain and it was excellent. It breather well yet didn't leak whatsoever and i didn't get too hot. The zips are watertight and the slightly longer back protects the lower back and bum from getting wet and muddy. I'm an athletic build 5ft 10in weighing 86kg and I went for an XL which fits me perfectly.
