The Garmin Vivosmart Activity Tracker + Smart Notifications Large has a sleek, minimal design and is comfortable enough to be worn 24/7 to track and monitor your day-to-day activity. This version has a band size of 15.5 - 22.1cm. The invisible display 'wakes up' when tapped or when you receive a notification from your phone, and the OLED display will reveal stats including steps taken, distance travelled and calories burned.

Even when your Bluetooth enabled phone is securely stored in a pocket or bag, you won't miss any important notifications as texts, emails and phone calls will pop up and the device will gently vibrate, keeping you connected at all times. The vivosmart will also vibrate and tell you when you need to move; after one hour of inactivity, and reset after a couple of minutes of movement, so you won't lose track of time and get into the habit of sitting for long periods.

With a battery life of around 7 days, you can wear the vivosmart day and night, and with a 5 ATM water rating, there's no need to remove it when you shower or swim. You can even use it as a way of monitoring your sleep and as an alarm clock. Periods of movement and restful sleep can be viewed, and a gentle vibration will wake you up.

All data is automatically synced to Garmin Connect, the online fitness community, if you have downloaded the free app on a compatible phone, so you can analyse your stats further. Over time, the vivosmart learns your current activity level and will assign you goals to encourage a healthier, more active lifestyle. When you're ready to take further steps to improve your health, you can connect the vivosmart to a compatible heart rate monitor or bike speed sensors (purchased separately) and get more accurate fitness data, taking your training to the next level.
