High5 Energy Gel Aqua Mixed Box 66g x 15 Gels

The High5 Energy Gel Aqua Mixed Box is a great way to trial refreshing gel flavours before and during exercise. The low viscosity of these gels makes them a great option for those just beginning to use gels, as they are easily opened and gulped down on the go without the need for extra water. Each sachet enables you to take 23 grams of carbohydrate on board quickly and efficiently during intense exercise for a burst of fruity, fast-acting energy. On occasions that may benefit from sharpened focus (around half an hour before a race or even on the start line, for example) reach for zingy Citrus or Berry caffeine gels for that extra kick.
