First ride with these pedals this morning after purchasing them a few weeks ago but waited for lower rated springs (8nm) as the 16nm springs were much too strong for me. The new springs are excellent so now giving me confidence when riding where there is traffic or frequent stops, no chance of my shoes being trapped in the pedals and I would have no hesitation in recommending these pedals to anyone, only downside is the price I guess.
