I never received the item, due to a silly mistake by me, but not helped by your site. I failed to realise that your web site still had my old address from 7 years previous. However, I would have expected you site to have confirmed if the address on record was correct and it didn’t. The site allowed me to make an instant purchase and therefore sent the item to my old address and therefor lost.
