MAAP’s Apex Deep Winter Gloves have an impressive feature set that promises fantastic warmth and protection when riding in the worst conditions.
A Sympatex insert provides a waterproof barrier against any rain or spray, with Primaloft Gold adding some welcome synthetic insulation. The softshell fabric has a DWR treatment to prevent water from penetrating and waterlogging the gloves whilst the AX Suede palm with silicone print gives a good purchase on the handlebar. It’s easy to seal in the warmth and get a secure fit with the wraparound Velco wrist closure and the touchscreen compatible fingertips mean that there is no need to remove the gloves to operate a phone or GPS unit.
