Maurten Solid 160 Energy Bar

The Maurten Solid 160 Energy Bar is a two-piece, oat and rice-based chewable fuel: 1 pack contains 2 mini-bars that pack 40 grams of carbohydrates into equal 20-gram servings for optimised fueling. A go-to fuel - fast, light, low-fibre, and carbohydrate-rich.

Pre exercise: Solid 160 can be used before training to load carbohydrates and keep fibre low. It’s a
great pre-race breakfast or snack in the days leading up to a big goal.

During: Solid is an ideal fuel to consume during low-to-medium intensity endurance sessions
over 2 hours. It helps add variety to your fueling without compromising the absorption rate of
the carbohydrates.

After: Hard training sessions or races should be rewarded. Solid 160 is a great tool for replenishing
carbohydrates quickly.

Maurten's Solid 160 Energy Bar contains 40 grams of carbohydrates, the same as their Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160. It’s Maurten’s modular fueling system, making it easier for athletes to calculate their carbohydrate
consumption during training and racing.

Available in two delicious flavours, Neutral and Cocoa, Solid 160 and Solid C 160 bars are split into two equal 20 gram carbohydrate servings. Solid 160 is less compacted than its predecessor, improving both the texture profile and ease of consumption, especially on the move.
