Pairing with the MIO PAI application on your smartphone, the Slice HRM Activity Tracker takes your pulse in real time and uses it to work out your level of activity, and offer you intensity feedback that allows you to make proactive decisions about the rest of your day.

Empowering you and offering you precise insight into your day's efforts, the Slice HRM Activity Tacker is compatible with ANT+ and Bluetooth 4.0+ sensors, allowing you to partner it with a range of devices. Saving up to 7 days of data activity and with modes to assess the quality of your sleep, the fitness tracker has a battery life of five days, and is USB rechargeable.

**Sizing: Please note that the MIO Slice HRM Activity Tracker is available in two sizes, a small that fits wrists from 13.97 cm to 17.15 cm in circumference, whilst a large fits wrists from 17.15 cm to 20.96 cm in circumference.
