Why It Works

As always, OTE has used natural flavourings from real fruit juice concentrate to create a refreshing taste that’s easy to consume, even at high intensity. The Super Gel+ uses a multiple-energy substrate of maltodextrin and fructose, allowing greater carbohydrate absorption (up to 90g per hour) compared to maltodextrin alone. Add 75mg of caffeine from guarana to help reduce perceived exertion, plus balanced electrolytes to support hydration, and you’ve got a gel that really means business.
