POC have spent numerous hours developing the Essential Bib Short to offer a highly comfortable, rider orientated fitting, supportive pair of shorts. Using cutting edge fabrics and construction techniques, these are the ideal bib shorts for racing, training and long days spent in the saddle.

The basis of the shorts is warp knitted, compact stretch fabric, lightweight and supportive for the muscles. The material is also compressive, reducing fatigue and muscle vibration. This super fabric also contributes to the bib short’s specific cycling fit. Designed with the riding position in mind, allowing for flexibility in all the crucial areas.

Four panels making up the shorts make for a comfortable, simple and effective design. Leg grippers prevent the shorts from riding up and mesh bibs allow for supreme levels of breathability.

POC have used a high quality custom chamois that has been seamlessly integrated into the shorts. The chamois relieves perineum pressure and allows for high levels of airflow, so reducing moisture build up and keeping your lower regions dry and bacteria free.
