Patagonia’s Micro Puff Womens Hoody combines the low weight, warmth and packability of down with the robustness and performance-when-wet of synthetic insulation, thanks to their PlumaFill material. The new iteration of this old favourite is crafted from a matte, recycled nylon outer fabric with a PFC-free DWR finish, features better articulation in the shoulders, and a draw cord at the waist. The jacket’s quilted design allows the strands of insulation to loft and provide maximum warmth whilst preventing them from migrating and causing cold spots. 

Two external and two internal pockets provide plenty of storage and when not required, the jacket can be packed down into its own pocket for easier carriage. A storm flap behind the front zip and elasticated hems and cuffs keep warm air in and cold breezes out for greater cosiness and there is an insulated hood for use when the temperature really drops.
