In the evening after every run I do, I have a scoop of this powder in a glass of water. Great for muscle recovery, and helps with my sleep at night (at least I think so, haha). Decent taste too. I’ll for sure keep buying this stuff.
extremely strong and very artificial taste and smell, stevia sweetener simply unbearable for me. The product feels like it works, better sleep and more energy but I struggle to consume it in water I have to mix it in a smoothie (not ideal for night time) or a bit of greek yoghurt which masks some of the sweetness and the flavour.
