Seems fine as a tablet, but the name is a little misleading - each tab is only 500mg of sodium, not 1000. (it's 1000 per litre, which it does explain in the small print)

Works so far, ideally for longer more intensive rides. These have so far worked a treat and not had cramp at the end of said ride. I bought these to simply add to the sugar water I use in rides and so far, so good.
