Princeton CarbonWorks’ PEAK 4550 Tune Carbon Disc Wheelset is right at the pinnacle of performance, hence its use by some WorldTour teams. The carbon rim features a variable depth design that balances aerodynamics and handling whilst also ensuring that the wheels are light enough to tackle mountain stages too. Stability at speed and in blustery conditions is provided by the broad, U-shaped cross-section of the rim, and the lack of spoke holes increases stiffness whilst also making the rims natively tubeless-ready.

TUNE’s hubs are a byword for lightweight performance, with very smooth rolling, reliable bearings and beautifully machined construction. Equally renowned, Sapim CX-Ray spokes and SecureLock alloy nipples finish the build in a suitably high-calibre fashion.
