I have 9 of their previous Pro Team Aero Women's Jersey and this particular version is overall much smaller. I am not sure why women's jersey's are A) so short and B) the pockets are so high up and small. Also I found the zip is too strong for the fabric leaving an undulated line down the middle of the jersey.
