Featuring Shimano’s excellent shifting at a very reasonable price, the Claris 8-Speed Rear Derailleur offers a light operation and great performance. Designed to work with cassettes that have a 28 tooth (short cage) or 34 tooth (medium cage) largest sprocket, the Claris rear derailleur is ideal for use with triple ring drivetrains such as those found on tandems. It is compatible with both 7-speed and 8-speed groupsets.
