For time triallists and triathletes, as well as serious racers, the Shimano Dura-Ace R9270 C60 Tubeless CL Disc Wheelset makes a solid performance upgrade, offering a huge aero advantage. The full carbon rim is deep at 60mm, and wide at 28mm, optimised for 25mm to 32mm tyres, lowering rolling resistance while maximising grip. The 24 stainless steel spokes are stiff and use the OPTBAL design to increase strength. They are laced to aluminium hubs, with a rear that engages instantly for a responsive feel, while labyrinth double-contact sealing means that water and dirt are kept out for improved longevity. These wheels are engineered to be used only in a Shimano Road 12-speed setup.
