Shimano MW502 Winter MTB Shoes

Get set for the muddy fun of winter mountain biking with the cosy comfort of the Shimano MW502 Winter MTB Shoes. The elements are kept out thanks to Shimano’s DRYSHEILD® membrane, blocking wind and water to keep your feet drier and cosier for longer. A fleece-lined insole traps warmth and the tall neoprene cuff provides a flexible seal above the ankle. The wrapped upper, including an over-lace cover, also increases all-around weather protection. The speed lacing system gives quick adjustment and can be easily adjusted even with thicker winter gloves on.

The MTB-specific sole unit gets a grippy rubber tread, providing reassuring traction on muddy, wet and slippery terrain. The sole unit is rated 5/12 for stiffness, balancing pedalling efficiency and comfort, ensuring you can pedal with ease and taking the buzz out of rougher trails.

Pedal Compatibility

These off-road shoes are compatible with MTB and trekking pedal systems utilising the 2-bolt cleat system such as Shimano SPD, Look Trekking and X-Track, crank brothers Candy etc..
