Shimano RC910 S-PHYRE Road Cycling Shoes

The carbon hollow-core sole unit of the Shimano RC910 S-PHYRE Road Cycling Shoes delivers an outstanding stiffness index of 12/12, creating an exceptionally direct connection between you and your pedals. The latest SPD-SLR sole features an optimised cleat-adjustment range while maintaining a low stack height and rearward cleat position, helping promote an efficient, stable pedalling position. For riders chasing every marginal gain, this is a road cycling shoe engineered to turn hard-earned effort into forward momentum.

Precise Fit and Race-Ready Comfort

Twin BOA® dial adjustment allows fast, precise fit changes, helping keep your foot securely supported during intense efforts. Inside, Shimano’s lightweight, shock-absorbing single-density foam insole adds comfort without compromising the shoe’s performance focus. An external carbon heel cup provides additional support and stability, while the replaceable heel pad improves long-term durability. At a claimed 238g per shoe in size 43, the RC910 S-PHYRE combines flagship stiffness with impressively low weight.

SPD-SLR Sole

The lowest stack height ever. The Sole unit of the RC910 S-PHYRE comes in at a remarkably slim 4.9mm, while retaining incredible stiffness and maintaining its best-in-class performance. The SPD-SLR cleat is just 12.5mm thick, giving a total stack height of shoe + cleat of just 17.4mm. This lower stack height offers a more efficient, direct pedal stroke while also increasing stability when used with Shimano's SPD-SLR pedals. The sole unit is also optimised to give a wide cleat adjustment range, allowing a more backwards cleat position if desired. A SPD-SLR cleat indicator is easy to read and adjust, making it simpler to get just the right cleat position.

Carbon Hollow Core Sole Unit

With its Carbon Hollow Core sole unit, the RC910 S-PHYRE Road Shoes are made for rapid accelerations, maintaining speed and dropping race rivals. Using prepreg layering with a foam core inside the structure, the sole unit provides super-efficient power transfer and a stable platform for smooth, fluid pedalling, all achieved at a barely-there weight.

Shimano Dynalast 2.0 fit

A refinement of the Dynalast fit, the latest Shimano Dynalast 2.0 iteration offers more room at the forefoot (ball-to-toe area), allowing a more natural, comfortable fit. The wide-fit version also has an even greater difference between standard and wide fits, accommodating wider feet with greater comfort. There's also a narrow-fit option, perfect for smaller feet and women cyclists who tend to have a slimmer foot shape.

About Shimano

Shifting the way the world rides.

From a single Osaka workshop in 1921, Shimano has grown into the world's most influential component maker. The brand's relentless engineering — Dura-Ace, Ultegra, GRX, XTR — has shaped the way the world shifts, brakes and rides, on the road and off it.

Shimano's flagship groupset, Dura-Ace, has been the benchmark for top-level road components for more than five decades. Every refinement that lands on Dura-Ace eventually shapes the entire Shimano range, all the way down to entry-level drivetrains.
