They work well on some wheels (Enve, Zipp) with a rubber layer to prevent rattling BUT These will not work on wheels with super narrow valve holes such as on the tubeless ready DT Swiss ARC aero wheels where a narrow alloy extender will fit (like the ones from Miche). These extenders and the same ones made by Silca seem to be very hard to find these days / perhaps discontinued.
