Engineered so the saddle moves back and down in an arc, and with a FACT carbon construction, this seatpost will help absorb road buzz, while the D-shape cuts drag. The aluminium head assembly makes for easy adjustment to fore/aft and tilt using just a single bolt.
Compatible with the 2020 Specialized Roubaix and Tarmac SL6 models.

Why is this seat post more comfortable than others? What is the “back and down” saddle movement and what does it mean?
Hello, This seatpost is designed to flex backwards when you hit a bump. They use specific lay-ups of carbon fibre to achieve this. Some seatpost have hardly any flex in them so they can transmit bumps to you more readily. Seaposts like this pave version, effectively bend as you hit bump, and this causes the saddle to move backwards and downwards as that bend happens. It's effectively a small amount of suspension.
