Someone really needs to sort out the descriptor for these items. I think this has been commented on in other reviews, possibly for the Left version. The RIGHT version seen here is accessed by the LEFT side. I couldn’t be bothered to return it and figured in the long term it might improve my skills having to use my left to access the bottle. Irritating that it appears beyond the wit of Manufacturer and Retailer alike to come up with a name which is logical to the end user. So, if you buy one, buy the version named the opposite to your dominant hand. Logical right?!!!

I bought these cages so I could run a full-length frame bag and still use fairly tall 650ml bottles. They're a little bit more fiddly to use one-handed than standard cages but I've got used to them pretty quickly. They hold the bottles very firmly and don't rattle around. I've tried them with five or six different bottle brands and they all work well. If you want both openings to be on the same side of the bike, make sure you buy one left and one right :-)
