Ive tried many of the other brands including Cliff, Gu etc some have better quantities of carbohydrate but at the end of the day they all provide the same thing. Its the taste that is remarkable combine this with the less thick consistency its a joy to take.

My daughter has a nut allergy (including coconut)-is this product completely nut free? She is doing endurance (D of E Gold expedition) would you recommend this brand over any other for extra energy?
