The Torq Recovery System Pack contains a Torq Drinks Shaker which makes mixing your Torq Recovery Drink with whatever you prefer a whole lot easier, perfect for a quick post-workout refuel. The two servings of the Torq Recovery Drink in a strawberry and cream flavour, as well as mint chocolate, make that moment when you finish a tough workout even better. Based on a highly advanced formulation, the Torq Recovery Drink contains no colours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

The pack also contains two Torq Recovery Bars (Cocoa Protein Crisp and Vanilla Protein Crisp). Based on a ratio of 3:1 carbohydrate:whey protein, these bars are ultra low fat and cold-pressed.
