Tacx Nera Smart Trainer with Zwift Cog and Click
Enjoy a more natural indoor cycling experience thanks to the Tacx Nēra's built-in forward, backwards, and side-to-side movement, designed to improve comfort and recreate the feel of riding on the road. When it comes to performance, the trainer delivers power and cadence accuracy within 1%, simulates gradients of up to 20% and supports explosive sprint efforts up to 2,200 watts. Whether you're building endurance, tackling demanding intervals or chasing a new power record, the Nēra provides the precision and resistance needed for focused, effective training.
Seamless Zwift Integration and Virtual Shifting
With Zwift Cog and Zwift Click preinstalled, the Tacx Nēra is ready to connect you to the world of virtual cycling. The Zwift Cog replaces a traditional cassette and is compatible with almost any 8–13-speed bike, making it easy to switch between compatible bikes. Meanwhile, Zwift Click provides 24 silent, instant virtual gears, with convenient handlebar controls for shifting, steering, navigating menus and giving ride-ons. You can also use compatible devices for ERG mode workouts, making this smart trainer a versatile choice for structured training as well as immersive virtual rides and races.
Reliable Connectivity and Competitive Racing
Built-in Wi-Fi technology provides a stable, reliable connection with compatible training platforms, while Race Mode delivers a fast response for competitive Zwift racing. For cyclists who want to take realism even further, the Tacx Nēra is compatible with the Tacx Alpine gradient simulator, sold separately. This optional upgrade simulates ascents of up to 25% and descents down to -10%, adding another dimension to virtual routes and enabling real-time virtual steering in Zwift when supported. Whether you're racing against other riders or following a challenging training plan, the Nēra helps create a more engaging and responsive indoor cycling experience.
Convenient Setup and Space-Saving Storage
Designed to fit effortlessly into your training routine, the Tacx Nēra features a built-in carry handle and compact, foldable legs for easier transport and storage. Once set up through the Tacx Training app, its preinstalled Zwift Cog and Click make getting started straightforward, and a Zwift membership offer is included. Please note that an active Zwift membership is required for Zwift's virtual riding, racing and training features. Combining accurate performance data, realistic movement and intuitive virtual shifting, the Tacx Nēra Smart Trainer is an excellent choice for cyclists looking to make indoor training more enjoyable, effective and competitive.
