Thule 598 ProRide Upright Cycle Carrier
A more than worthy successor to the renowned 591 model, the Thule 598 ProRide Upright Cycle Carrier is an easy and convenient way of carrying a bike without the hassle of electrics and lightboards. The redesigned downtube clamp features very soft, flexible padding within the jaws to secure the frame without damage and the dial includes a torque limiter so that there is no damage from over-tightening. Both front and back wheels are secured using the wide ratchet straps which hold the wheel in the adjustable slots. The carrier can be locked to the roof bars, and the bike can be locked into the carrier using the integrated locks for greater peace of mind. Adaptors for use with Thule Wing, Slide, and Aero bars are included, but for use with square bars an additional adaptor will be required.
