TrueFuels CoreCtrl Electrolyte Hydration Sachets - Thermoregulation - 8-day Protocol - Peppermint Cool Flavour

During exercise, roughly 75–80% of energy is released as heat, and when your body can’t dissipate it efficiently, performance drops, not due to fitness or motivation, but physiological limits. Truefuels CoreCtrl™ pre-event hydration system provides targeted support for thermoregulation, helping the body manage heat more effectively. Studies show that this can increase sweat response, improve evaporative heat loss, and reduce internal heat storage, enabling longer, more consistent performance in the heat.

Electrolytes Tailored for Your Needs

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, CoreCtrl™ uses a modular electrolyte system. Each serving contains 97 mg sodium, 300 mg potassium, and 60 mg magnesium, which can be combined with water and the wider Truefuels electrolyte range to match your individual sweat rate and environmental conditions.

• Potassium supports normal muscle function.
• Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and reduces tiredness and fatigue.
• This flexible approach ensures precise support without overloading your system.

High-Dose Taurine and Piperine for Cellular Support

CoreCtrl™ is built around high-dose taurine, which plays a role in cellular hydration and muscle function under heat stress, and piperine, which can enhance nutrient absorption. Together, these ingredients help the body manage the stresses of training or racing in hot environments, supporting resilience and consistency rather than short-term spikes.

Heat Control Without Artificial Cooling

Unlike gimmicky cooling products, CoreCtrl™ supports the body’s natural systems, working in harmony with hydration and electrolyte strategies. The result is controlled, reliable performance in conditions that would normally compromise endurance, helping athletes maintain pace, power, and focus during long rides, runs, or triathlons in the heat.

How to use:

The best way to use the product is to take 1 sachet (7.56g) daily for 8 days before a hot event. Mix into 500ml of water. For users of <60kg (132lbs) use 2 days on, 1 day off. Always pair with hydration and electrolytes.

CoreCtrl™ doesn’t replace fuelling or hydration; it upgrades your cooling system. Important: CoreCtrl does not replace hydration, fuelling, or pacing decisions. It supports thermoregulation, the system that helps your body stay in control under heat stress.
