You will need the BBRight bearings already installed into the BBRight shell to start this conversion. From there, installation is easy as the shims press directly into BBRight bearings and are machined for an exact fit.

I bought this for a BB30a bottom bracket to reduce it down to a Shimano 24mm axle. It works really well, nothing too fiddly and it's well made. The only issue is the instructions, it basically leave you to find your own chain line which can be a time consuming trial and error process. I got there in the end.
