The Zipp 454NSW Carbon Wheelset 2025 is designed to help riders go faster with less effort. Perfect for competitive road cyclists, it blends advanced aerodynamics, responsive handling and smart engineering for top-tier performance.

This is Zipp’s most aerodynamic and stable wheel, featuring a 58mm deep Sawtooth rim profile with Hyperfoils that cuts through wind in all conditions. Designed for tubeless tyres and lower pressures, the wider rim reduces rolling resistance and road buzz, saving rider energy on every mile. For best results, a 28mm tyre is recommended.

Zipp’s Total System Efficiency (TSE) philosophy is built into every detail of the 454 NSW, reducing wind drag, rolling resistance, vibration and gravitational impact. The hookless rim design creates a smoother, more aerodynamic interface between rim and tyre while also allowing for a lighter and stronger carbon construction.

At the centre of the wheelset is the ZR1 SL hubset, fitted with ceramic bearings and 66 points of engagement for instant responsiveness. It is also 30 grams lighter than previous NSW hubs, adding to the wheelset’s agile feel and race-ready performance.
