In terms of customer service, Sigma Sports was superb. I ordered a wrong size and the return was organised without any issues, though I do not have an access to a printer. In respect of the Zone3 swimming cap, I have not had a chance to use it yet. M size was somehow too short because I have long hair and the L size is too big for me. So had to get latex bubble cap and hope that'll work. I did contact Zone3 re sizes and they tried explaining their sizes but I did not find their size table particularly helpful. Still it looks and feels like a good quality cap.
