Realised in rigid, strong and light CNC machined 7075 aluminium, this absoluteBLACK Oval Sub Compact Inner Chainring promotes excellent power transfer, while its 110BCD, 4 hole format is designed specifically for use with Shimano cranksets. The oval configuration helps the rider realise increased pedalling efficiency by emphasising the most powerful phase of the pedal stroke and minimising the impact of the dead spot. This format also reduces stress on the knees, lowering the chances of annoying overuse injuries during demanding training schedules.

Important

• Due to very special offset construction, the 30-tooth chainring is only compatible with the matching 46-tooth outer chainring (available separately), and the 32-tooth chainring is only compatible with the matching 48-tooth outer chainring (available separately). The special chainring bolts required for mounting are supplied with the 30-tooth or 32-tooth inner chainrings
• No other combination or mix of rings will work
• Due to the special mounting construction, aesthetic bolt covers are not offered for this design
• absoluteBLACK always recommends using a new chain when fitting new chainrings
• For this chainring, absoluteBLACK only recommend using Dura-Ace 11-speed chains or SRAM Eagle 12-speed chains for proper clearance of the mounting tabs
