Which products are affected?
The ARC, ERC, CRC and HEC model series were manufactured at the same production facility starting from August 1, 2024.
Please note that ARC wheel models with rim heights of 38, 62, 80 and 85mm are NOT affected by the recall. All rims manufactured in DT Swiss' own factory in Poland are also NOT affected by this recall.
