We’re looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Sigma Sports flagship store in Hampton Wick.

About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll provide knowledgeable, personalised advice to a wide range of customers- from seasoned cyclists to those just starting out. You’ll play an important role in driving sales, maintaining the store’s high standards, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with expert product advice and tailored recommendations
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products
- Developing strong, long-term customer relationships
- Keeping up to date with the latest cycling gear, tech, and trends
- Maintaining stock accuracy, store deliveries and store merchandising
- Working collaboratively as part of a professional and motivated retail team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sports retail environment
- Knowledge of cycling and triathlon products with a genuine interest in the sport
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Well-organised, with good attention to detail and stock handling skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
