Job Title: Retail Sales Advisor

Location: Sigma Sports, Hampton Wick

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Sunday)

We’re looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Sigma Sports flagship store in Hampton Wick.
If you have a strong interest in cycling and enjoy delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to work alongside like-minded individuals and represent some of the best brands in the industry.
About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll provide knowledgeable, personalised advice to a wide range of customers- from seasoned cyclists to those just starting out. You’ll play an important role in driving sales, maintaining the store’s high standards, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers with expert product advice and tailored recommendations

  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products

  • Developing strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Keeping up to date with the latest cycling gear, tech, and trends

  • Maintaining stock accuracy, store deliveries and store merchandising

  • Working collaboratively as part of a professional and motivated retail team

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sports retail environment

  • Knowledge of cycling and triathlon products with a genuine interest in the sport

  • Confident communication and customer service skills

  • Well-organised, with good attention to detail and stock handling skills

  • Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
