Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll use your excellent communication skills, both on the phone and online to provide exceptional advice and support to our customers. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for cycling.

Key Responsibilities:
Field customer calls, online chats and emails regarding the following:
- Road, Gravel & Triathlon Bikes and accessory-related questions
- Custom bike builds
- Bike sizing
- Component compatibility
- Clothing advice
- Order placement and order status
- Returns & exchanges
- Customer concerns and complaints
- Handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work full-time remotely or hybrid
Skills & Experience:
- Specialist knowledge of Road, Gravel and Triathlon products
- One year of bike industry experience or one year of sales experience
- PC literacy is essential
- Self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- A natural communicator able to empathise with customers and see things from the other person’s point of view
