The ABUS 6206K/110 Goose Chain Lock, a bike lock that maintains its shape, while also boasting attractive visual appeal and a pleasing tactile feel, featuring impressive colouring and design technology. It consists of several components: the traditional 6-millimetre steel chain, the gooseneck, the foam cover, and a coating made of plastic fibres. The steel chain, along with the housing and structural parts of the locking mechanism, is constructed from specially hardened steel. The term "gooseneck" refers to two metal spiral springs wound together to ensure the lock's dimensional stability, allowing it to be shaped as desired and tightly wrapped around the bicycle frame. The foam cover provides a distinctive touch and ensures quiet transportation.
