Recommended usage:

Amacx recommends using this Energy sports drink when you demand a lot from your body, typically during efforts lasting longer than 2 hours. Use the Energy Drink in combination with other products from their Energy Line for a complete fuelling strategy.

How to mix:

Mix 31g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500 ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and your sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30g of carbohydrates.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, fructose, isomaltulose (isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose), electrolytes (trisodium citrate, sodium chloride and magnesium citrate), flavour, acidity regulator (citric acid). 

May contain traces of milk, soy and eggs.
