The main feature of the short is the Airflow.1299 warp-knit textile that is very lightweight and incredibly breathable, ensuring excellent temperature control and comfort. Stitching has been reversed on the seams to eliminate any chafing and the zeroPressure waist uses wide elastic to reduce any potential for uncomfortable pressure.
Discreet and slim, the 6mm thick OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert uses three layers of perforated foam to improve breathability and moisture management whilst the goldenGate 2.0 concept allows the pad to move freely with the body during the pedal stroke as it is only secured to the short at the front and rear.

Assos apparel is cut anatomically without restricting movement in the riding position. It’s normal to feel bib straps and fabric pull while standing.

I can't really fault these liner shorts. I have been using them for casual cruising and light bikepacking and they are great. Chamois is perfect for my use and the stretchy fabric isn't too tight or restrictive. Quality is top tier, as I expected from Assos. I'll be getting another pair.
