Smart training pays dividends come race day, so look to the BlueSeventy Core Buoyancy Short to improve your position and technique in the water.

The shorts allow you to rotate your body from the hips without having to focus on holding a pull buoy between your legs.

BlueSeventy Core Buoyancy Short

Improving your speed in the water is all about technique, so look to the BlueSeventy Core Buoyancy Short as the perfect training aid for improvement in rotational technique. The full neoprene shorts are designed to replicate the lift of a wetsuit by using the same top-of-the-line neoprene as BlueSeventy's Helix model. The shorts allow you to rotate your body from the hips without the need for a pull buoy, improving your positioning in the water and leg stroke.

The superior 5 millimetre Yamamoto Aerodrome SCS coated neoprene on the front and thinner quality neoprene on the sides and back help to increase flexibility, this also lifts your core whilst you swim. The sides attach internally to the A-Flex line. This unique liner opens at the thigh, making the shorts easy to get on and off quickly. This construction does not hinder your hip rotation, encouraging better technique without sacrificing buoyancy.

The strategically placed orange panels are as much an aid to your coach as they are a stylish accent. The patches help your coach to pinpoint and easily focus on your hip rotation, making it easier to analyse your technique in training.

The BlueSeventy Core Buoyancy Short is designed to be worn over a swimsuit in the pool or open water.
