Bontrager Aeolus 7 TLR Rear Clincher Wheel
Roll fast with the Bontrager Aeolus 7 TLR Rear Clincher Wheel. This super-light wheel is ideal for criterium or road races as well as time trials or triathlons.
Much of this wheel's speed comes from how effective it is at cutting through the air. The D3 Dual Directional Design profile cuts drag at the tyre-leading and rim-leading edge while also reducing turbulence through the centre of the wheel.
The D3 rim profile is ultra-light, durable and compliant and made from OCLV carbon. This strong and lightweight construction means that the wheel can easily withstand the torque of a long sprint or full time trial course. The rim is TLR compatible, which means you can quickly swap to tubeless tyre systems.
Bontrager have not skimped on the freewheel either, opting for DT Swiss internals with a star ratchet that ensures fast engagement and rolling.
Also included are a pair of Carbon Stop Cork pads, a TLR rim strip and a valve stem so you are ready to hit the road right out of the box.
