The Aeolus 9's superior aerodynamic profile stems from the D3 Dual Directional design profile. This acutely engineered rim profile dramatically cuts the drag on the tyre-leading and rim-leading edge, which also reduces the air turbulence through the spokes.
Alongside the D3 rim profile is the ultra-light, durable and compliant OCLV carbon that makes up the rim's construction. This strong and lightweight construction means that the wheel can easily withstand the torque of a long sprint. The rim is TLR compatible, which means you can quickly make the transition to tubeless tyre systems.
The hub is SRAM and Shimano compatible and has DT Swiss internals for rapid engagement and smooth rolling, thanks to the star ratchet.
At just 972 grams this wheel is very light and the included Carbon Stop Cork pads, TLR rim strip and valve stem mean ensure you can get riding in no time.
