The Bontrager Aeolus Pro 3 TLR Carbon Clincher Disc Front Wheel is light, at only 715g, and is the ideal wheel if you are looking for a carbon, disc brake upgrade that is just as capable in a flat race as it is in the mountains.

A OCLV Carbon rim with a 35mm depth makes this an ideal wheel for climbing, although the D3 Dual Directional Design profile cuts drag to improve it's aerodynamic properties on flatter rides. To improve the wheels rigidity, the 24 DT Aerolite spokes have a stacked lacing alignment and these are finished off with Alpina locking nipples.

The OCLV Pro Carbon construction optimises the weight, strength and durability so this wheel will stand up to whatever power you are putting down.

This full carbon wheel is tubeless-ready for riders that would like to run a tubeless set-up and includes a TLR rim strip and valve to make this transition nice and simple. The centrelock disc hub with 12mm thru-axle is easy to convert to 15mm or quick release by using the separately available axle swap kit, increasing it's versatility.
