Aware castelli size small, ( 180cm/86kg, normally large) went xl, tight trying to put on quad, xxl fitted on waist and legs, however found straps tight on shoulder, finally xxxl which fitted and comfortable, not baggy on legs or waist. No idea what taller, heavier riders would do. Early days but fine on 50m ride
