Offering excellent protection from the wind in a lightweight package, the Castelli Perfetto ROS 2 Wind Short Sleeve Jersey pairs GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 203 Stretch with Nano Flex Light Woven, on the front and back respectively. The result is a good barrier against the elements, light insulating properties, breathability and unrestrictive movement.
There's a two-way zip for adjustable ventilation, and three rear pockets provide ample storage space. Reflective details to the lower back make you more visible to other road users in low light.

I bought this to replace my previous Perfetto jacket which was getting very worn after many years use. I have worn it with just a base layer in temperatures down to 13c and up to 20c and it has proved versatile. It is of course windproof and it sheds of light rain and drizzle as it was dry. It even worked well when I was caught in a torrential downpour for 5 minutes and just leaked a tiny bit through the shoulder seams. At the sale price it is incredible value. My only real criticism is that size medium comes up bit short for my 185 cm 65kg especially compared to the previous iteration which is why I've only given it 4 stars. Otherwise the fit is perfect.
