I bought these Nano Flex 3G's after owning a pair of the previous generation for probably almost 8 years. There's really no downsides to these, they're warm but breathable and showerproof. Perfect addition for changeable weather conditions. The re-designed silicone grippers at the top of the arm are quite different from previous versions but do seem to offer better retention at the top of the arm to avoid the dreaded sleeve gap.
These are good but I bought a large size and they are reasonably tight but ride too high on the arms.
