The material is stretchy and the seams minimal, so you'll retain full freedom of movement, while elastic grippers at the top hold the warmers securely in place throughout your ride.

A great intermediate layer for those days where you want a bit of shin to shine through. Could probably wear these year round; depending on how warm it is outside, and how much you want your shins to correspond to that temperature. Love mine.
First use was on a 3 day trip when the weather was less than 15c and cloudy. The fit was great, I would say sizing typical Castelli, buy to match your bib size. They worked really well and will be one of my staple clothing options in the future.
