Slightly smaller than castelli normally are. The pad doesn’t come forward as much as I would like but def the most comfortable bib shorts I’ve worn to date for long miles.

B. Waist: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around your natural waistline, across the belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
