Through autumn and spring when the temperature is cool but not cold and the conditions are unpredictable, the Castelli Sinergia 2 Women's Long Sleeve Jersey is ideal. It has thermal properties thanks to the use of Warmer fabric, which is insulating but still breathable, and as the mercury drops further, is perfect for pairing with a gilet or jacket.
Reflective piping to the back improves visibility in low light and there's a full-length zip, for quickly unzipping and cooling down. There are three spacious rear pockets for extra layers, nutrition and other kit.
