Castelli Unlimited Puffy Gilet
The Castelli Unlimited Puffy Gilet is sure to become a favourite piece for all-day adventures and bikepacking trips, on and off-road. It combines a windproof microfibre outer with Polartec® Alpha® Direct insulation to create a garment that's incredibly warm, yet light and compact, making it easy to stow when not in use. A more stretchy Nano Flex material makes up the side panels and pockets, maximising freedom of movement and ventilation. A DWR treatment across the entire vest creates a barrier to light rain. There are two large, easy access back pockets for ride essentials plus a zipped chest pocket for more valuable items, and the YKK® Vislon® zipper means you can quickly and easily adapt to changing temperatures.

Castelli clothing is designed for its intended use and should be comfortable when on your bike in a riding position. Your garment should be snug to provide you with moisture-wicking capabilities, as an aerodynamic aid and prevent any fabric from flapping in the wind.

A. Chest: Holding the tape horizontally, measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at your sides, around the fullest part of your chest.
B. Waist: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around your natural waistline, across the belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.
C. Hips: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around the largest part of your hips, keeping the feet close together.
D. Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the base of the ankle bone
