Castelli Unlimited Ultimate Liner Bib Short

When you want to wear a baggy short without losing essential protection, the Castelli Unlimited Ultimate Liner Bib Short is ideal. Lightweight and minimalist in its design, the garment uses perforated fabric in the legs that's held in place by gauze-like Giro Air elastic grippers.

A Progetto X2 Air seamless pad with two layers keeps you well protected in the saddle. Dual-density foam and gel pads effectively absorb shock and are paired with a super soft skin care layer. Supportive Force fabric has been placed around the hip area to help keep the chamois securely in place when you're pedalling both in and out of the saddle.

The upper is kept minimalist too, and the front of the bib straps is constructed from an open knit for ventilation. To the back the strap is also narrow, with a reinforced yoke to keep the straps sitting smooth and flat against the body.

This liner bib short also benefits from having three back pockets that, when worn with the Unlimited Baggy short, will sit just above the waistband for easy mid-ride access. This gives you additional storage space or allows you to do away with a traditional cycling jersey in favour of a t-shirt, without compromising on space.

Features
  • Progetto X2 Air seamless pad for long rides and rough trails
  • 170 gram Force fabric through hips to keep pad in place
  • Perforated leg panels are light for maximum ventilation and cooling
  • Giro Air leg grippers
  • Minimalist bib straps as found on Free Aero RC Bib Short
  • Three rear pockets sit above waistband of baggy shorts

Castelli Men's Clothing Size Guide

If you're unfamiliar with your Castelli size, we recommend you go up one size to obtain the best fit possible. Note that you do not need to size up for jackets or vests; please select your normal jersey size.

Castelli clothing is designed for its intended use and should be comfortable when on your bike in a riding position. Your garment should be snug to provide you with moisture-wicking capabilities, as an aerodynamic aid and prevent any fabric from flapping in the wind.

If you require any advice on Castelli sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A. Chest: Holding the tape horizontally, measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at your sides, around the fullest part of your chest.

B. Waist: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around your natural waistline, across the belly button, keeping the tape a bit loose.

C. Hips: Holding the tape horizontally, measure around the largest part of your hips, keeping the feet close together.

D. Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the base of the ankle bone

About Castelli

At the front since 1876.

Castelli has been at the front of cycling apparel since 1876, founded in Milan as the original maker of pro race kit. From the first cycling jerseys to today's WorldTour-proven aero garments, the brand has spent nearly 150 years putting innovation onto the backs of the fastest riders in the world.

Castelli outfitted the first organised cycling teams in Italy and has been a constant presence in the pro peloton ever since. The Scorpion logo appears on more WorldTour podiums than almost any other apparel mark.
